Yes! Except there are different testing limits that make only some cannabis, also considered hemp. And if cannabis is grown in a way that meets those testing standards, and grown by someone with a hemp license, then cannabinoids from that hemp are federally legal, thanks to the Farm Bill of 2018. There are hundreds of different cannabinoids that come from cannabis and hemp, Like THCa and CBD.
