If this product is out of stock, highly recommend going for the super exotic mediums/smalls ($159/oz) or even just the exotic mediums/smalls ($139/oz), if you want a cheap option though, the exotic shake is honestly like half micros anyway and even cheaper($75/oz).

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping policy

All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. We work Monday-Friday every week, with exceptions on some holidays. We will post any delays or exceptions on the announcement tab of our site! Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a USPS driver. Usually, shipping from USPS takes 2-5 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days. 

We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box. 

  • If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by USPS from our warehouse the same day or next.  Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.
  • Please have patience with us as we are a small business and doing the best we can to get everything packed properly and shipped out to you. Once we hand off your package to USPS we cannot control their shipping speed and if you have concerns about the package, you can contact USPS support for troubleshooting a package in transit.
  • Please note that USPS does not guarantee shipping speeds. If your order is time sensitive, express shipping can be faster, but the speeds are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are also non-refundable due to delays on the part of the carrier.

"I order from you all the order never comes when it says it dose. Also I have order and didn't receive my order on time like about 9 days email them only to say it was out of stock and if someone has paid and waiting on a product and you are out of stock you should reach out to them is how you treat a loyal customer who got you 4 more customers . It smokes fine, but they will routinely let you order out of stock items and not tell you, and also they have issues with canceling orders even immediately after you place them, which also happened to me, and also from my experience you should never bother paying for priority in general.
