All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a USPS driver. Usually, shipping from USPS takes 2-5 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days.
We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.

This is the THIRD time the “shipment progress” stuck in, “label created. ” Period. Luckily, each package arrived within two weeks.
