We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.
If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by USPS from our warehouse the same day or next. Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.

Once we hand off your package to USPS we cannot control their shipping speed and if you have concerns about the package, you can contact USPS support for troubleshooting a package in transit.
