How Do You Calibrate The PYN Virus Scale?
Calibration makes sure your scale's readings are accurate. You will need a 500g calibration weight, which is sold separately. You should recalibrate your scale if you notice inaccurate readings or after it has been dropped.
Turn the scale on and wait for the display to show "0.0".
Press and hold the "MODE" button until the display shows "CAL".
Press the "MODE" button again. The display will then flash "500.0".
Gently place a 500g calibration weight on the center of the platform.
Wait for the display to show "PASS", then remove the weight. Calibration is now complete.
How Do You Use The Tare Function?
The tare function lets you weigh only the contents of a container, ignoring the container's own weight.
Press the "TARE" button. The display will reset to "0.0".

When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a USPS driver. We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.
If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by USPS from our warehouse the same day or next. Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.

Once we hand off your package to USPS we cannot control their shipping speed and if you have concerns about the package, you can contact USPS support for troubleshooting a package in transit.
