PYN Panther - 1000g X 0.1g

This table breaks down the Pyn Panther's key specs into real-world benefits.

• The scale measures in grams, ounces, troy ounces, pennyweight, carats, and grains.
• It includes a 60-second auto shut-off feature to conserve battery power.
• The high-contrast backlit display ensures readability in low light.

The Pyn Panther also has several smart features that make weighing items easier.

How Does The Tare Function Work?

The tare function resets the display to zero after you place a container on the scale. This lets you measure only the contents, ignoring the weight of the bowl or tray. Just place your empty container on the platform, press the "Tare" button, and then add your material for a clean net weight.

What Are The Benefits Of A Backlit Display?

A scale is only useful if you can read it clearly. The Pyn Panther has a bright, backlit LCD screen that ensures your measurements are easy to see in any environment. You won't have to squint or angle the scale to see the result, which helps prevent reading errors.

Does The Cover Double As A Weighing Tray?

Yes, the scale's protective cover is designed to be removed and flipped over to use as a shallow tray. This feature is perfect for holding loose materials like ground herbs or small beads, keeping them contained on the platform.

• The tare feature is essential for measuring the net weight of items in a container.
• The removable cover can be used as a tray to hold loose items, adding functionality.
• A backlit display is a key feature for ensuring visibility and accurate readings.

Not all affordable scales are the same. Here's how the Pyn Panther 1000g compares to other common types available in the same price range.
