How Do I Calibrate The High Times Virus Scale?
To keep your readings accurate, you will need a 500g calibration weight for this process. Calibration makes sure your measurements stay correct over time.
Turn the scale on and wait for the screen to show "0.0".
Press and hold the "M" (Mode) button until the screen shows "CAL".
Press the "M" button again. The screen will flash "500.0".
Gently place a 500g calibration weight in the center of the platform.
Wait a few seconds. The screen will show "PASS" and then go back to the normal weighing mode. Your scale is now calibrated.
What Should I Do If The Scale Shows An Error?

If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by USPS from our warehouse the same day or next. Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.
Please have patience with us as we are a small business and doing the best we can to get everything packed properly and shipped out to you. Once we hand off your package to USPS we cannot control their shipping speed and if you have concerns about the package, you can contact USPS support for troubleshooting a package in transit.
