When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a USPS driver. Usually, shipping from USPS takes 2-5 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days.
We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.
- If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by USPS from our warehouse the same day or next. Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.
- Please have patience with us as we are a small business and doing the best we can to get everything packed properly and shipped out to you. Once we hand off your package to USPS we cannot control their shipping speed and if you have concerns about the package, you can contact USPS support for troubleshooting a package in transit.
- Please note that USPS does not guarantee shipping speeds. If your order is time sensitive, express shipping can be faster, but the speeds are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are also non-refundable due to delays on the part of the carrier.
