All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. We work Monday-Friday every week, with exceptions on some holidays. We will post any delays or exceptions on the announcement tab of our site! Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a USPS driver. Usually, shipping from USPS takes 2-5 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days.
We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.
We are currently only shipping within the United States. However, we plan on expanding our company as quickly as we are able, so please stay tuned, follow us on our social platforms and we will update you as soon as we can send these products to other countries. Thanks!

"Really is trash. Hella Slumped and Only Gas are not good brands. Bay Smokes brand is the only way to go for quality, potency and consistency. This Cheetah Pizz came in and had another funny smell to it, not like regular bud, and while it looks good it does not touch anything that I have ordered from the actual Bay Smokes brand. Got Rainbow Runtz too and was excited to try it. The bag said it had a THCa content of 42% but when I opened it it was nothing like I hoped. VERY stemmy, funny smell and did less than any bud from Bay. Ended up getting rid of it just to get my $ back. Bay Smokes brand is the ONLY way to be consistently satisfied"
