All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a USPS driver. Usually, shipping from USPS takes 2-5 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days.
