When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. We work Monday-Friday every week, with exceptions on some holidays. We will post any delays or exceptions on the announcement tab of our site! Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a USPS driver. Usually, shipping from USPS takes 2-5 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days.
We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.
