PRODUCT SATISFACTION

For new customers, we recommend trialing our products with the smallest available quantity (usually 3.5 grams) when exploring a new strain or product. This allows you the opportunity to gauge the product effects and determine if a specific strain or product tier aligns with your expectations before making a more significant investment.

It's important to remember that we cannot offer a money-back guarantee, as the effects of cannabinoid products can vary significantly among individuals. Our products are consumable goods, and for safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.

RETURNS

Unopened product returns are welcome within 7 days of your delivery date, provided the items are in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return for eligible products. It's important to remember that we cannot offer a money-back guarantee, as the effects of cannabinoid products can vary significantly among individuals. Our products are consumable goods, and for safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.

RETURNS PROCESS:

RETURNS PROCESS: 1. Please email us at hey@baysmokes.com to notify us of your intent to return your UNOPENED product within the 7-day delivery window. 2. After shipping your product back to us, please provide our team with a tracking number so we can monitor its arrival. 3. After receiving your package and verifying its condition, please allow 7-10 business days for our warehouse team to process your return and refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not facilitate exchanges for any products once they've been opened. For unopened products, exchanges for a different strain or product of equal value can be arranged by contacting our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are contingent upon product availability and adherence to our safety standards.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please forward a photo of the issue to hey@baysmokes.com, including your order number, email address, and a brief description of the damage. Our team is committed to resolving these issues swiftly and efficiently by offering a replacement or refund for the impacted items.
