This premium HHCa vape is compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. That means they’re legal to sell and ship almost anywhere in the USA!

Our HHCa vapes are free of heavy metals and pesticides and lab-tested for potency. Here at Bay Smokes, we are as passionate about your safety as we are about your next smoke sesh!

 What is HHCa?

HHCa is a rare hemp-derived cannabinoid. It’s found naturally in hemp seeds and is produced using the same hydrogenation processes that give us margarine and other vegetable oils.

Best of all, HHCa isn’t technically a THC compound, so it’s still legal in all 50 states!

 What Does HHC Feel Like?

HHCa is more potent than HHC and Delta-8 THC, but less potent than Delta-9 THC. That being said, HHCa is still a powerful cannabinoid with its own benefits (and yes, it can get you high!)

HHCa tends to deliver an extremely smooth, natural high—kind of like D8. However, since HHCa bonds to both of your cannabinoid receptors, you can expect a buzz that’s more balanced between your head and your body (as opposed to the body high that D8 tends to produce). Like most other cannabinoids, HHCa also has a ton of other potential benefits. Try it out and see how it works for you!

What Do HHCa Vapes Taste Like?

In a word: delicious! We currently offer three HHCa strains: Apple Fritter, Lemonade, and Blood Orange. All three are clean, fruity, and a little bit sweet. Because HHCa is so smooth and the hits are so strong, it carries the flavor way better than other cannabinoids. With HHCa vapes, you can really enjoy the full depth and great taste of the natural terpenes that we blend in!

Bay Smokes vapes smell almost as good as they taste. They’re subtle and not at all “dank,” which is good news for those of us who like to stay lifted on the go (or for those of us who just don’t want to smell like we’re in an elevated state of mind!)

 What’s in the Disposable Vape?

Our products are all made with 100% pure hemp extracts and natural terpenes. Bay Smokes products NEVER contain thinning agents and are ALWAYS lab tested by a trusted third party.

This means that our HHCa vapes contain nothing but HHCa extract and hemp terpenes.

 What About the Hardware?

We’re proud to use top-of-the line Fler hardware in all of our disposable vapes as well. We use the highest-quality hardware in our vapes to give you big, smooth clouds every single time. Plus, our vapes are durable! Toss it in your pocket or bag and you’re ready for your next adventure.

 How Potent is HHCa?

HHCa is less potent than Delta-9 THC but a little bit stronger than HHC or D8. It’s also way smoother than other cannabinoids, so you can get bigger, tastier rips with less effort!

However, even if you’re an experienced cannabis fan, your tolerance for other cannabinoids might not carry over to HHCa. Take it easy when you first try any new cannabis product!

How Do I Use HHCa Vapes?

All you have to do is open the package and enjoy!

Our disposable vapes are pre-charged, pre-loaded, and won’t clog up on you. Plus, you can toss it when you’re done. Talk about convenience!

How Much HHCa Should I Take?

We recommend starting out with a three-second slow-and-steady hit when you first try our HHCa vapes. Once you know how HHCa affects you personally, you can adjust your dose to get the exact effects you’re looking for.

 Is HHCa Legal?

Yes! Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, HHCa is currently legal in all 50 states.

However, this is not intended as legal guidance and if you have any questions about your state’s local laws, you should consult with an attorney.

 Is HHCa Natural?

Yes! The -a versions of cannabinoids (think THCa and CBDa) are often considered to be one of the most natural ways to partake. The natural cannabinoids found in hemp plants are usually in the -a state. With HHCa, you’re getting more of the natural benefits that hemp can provide!

Will HHCa Show up on a Drug Test?

Probably. There’s some anecdotal evidence to suggest that HHCa is metabolized in a different way than THC and other cannabinoids, but there haven’t been any official studies done on this yet. Our advice is always that it’s better to be safe than sorry, so don’t use HHC or other cannabinoids if you think you’ll need to pass a drug test.

 Is HHCa Stronger Than Delta-8?

Yes! HHCa is stronger than D8 and a little bit stronger than regular HHC as well.

 Is HHCa Safe?

Yes! All studies so far suggest that HHCa is just as safe as any other cannabinoid when purchased from a trusted retailer and used responsibly by adults. Best of all, HHCa is one of the most pure and natural ways to incorporate the effects and benefits of cannabinoids into your daily routine.

 What Does HHCa Stand for?

HHCa stands for hexahydrocannabinolic acid. For obvious reasons, we’ll stick to calling it HHCa!

 Does HHCa Make you Hungry?

“The munchies” is one of the most common side effects of pretty much every cannabinoid, so if you’re prone to stoned snacking, HHCa will probably have a similar effect on you. That being said, no two cannabinoids are the same and no two people respond to them in the exact same way. The only way to know for sure if HHCa will make you hungry is to try it yourself. But make sure to have some snacks on hand just in case!

How Long Does HHCa High Last?

Like most other cannabinoids, the high from an HHCa vape usually lasts a couple of hours. This varies depending on your size, tolerance, personal body chemistry, and the size of your dose. HHCa edibles are going to last a lot longer! No two people experience cannabinoids in the exact same way, so the only way to know for sure is to try it yourself. Cheers!

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Delta-8 THC is very similar to Delta-9 THC, which you likely know as the cannabinoid that causes the 'high' of traditional cannabis. However Delta-8 THC is derived from federally legal hemp. From a legal standpoint, this makes Delta8 a hemp extract thanks to the Farm Bill of 2018, which makes it federally legal. In terms of feelings and effect, Delta8 is very similar to Delta9, but many regard it as less psychoactive and a more clear headed feeling.

Each state has their own laws relating to legality of hemp-derived products. It is your responsibility to know whether these products are safe in your respective state.

We ship with USPS and their shipping speeds are typically 3-5 days. Your package will always leave our warehouse same day or next business day, if order is placed late or on weekend. We recommend just getting the free shipping that comes with $77+ orders as paying for expedited shipping doesn't usually make a big difference. One thing to note is that USPS has been occasionally backed up due to COVID. This can cause delays in shipping, and slower updates to tracking info. Rest assure, once you have tracking from us, it has already left our warehouse and is in route!

We guarantee the quality of every order! Nothing is perfect at scale and we know many people have had bad experiences with vendors who sold them bad product and left them empty handed. If the product arrives broken or faulty, we will replace it with no cost to you. You never have to worry about wasting money on something that doesn't work with the Bay Smokes family! Just reach out to our team and we will be happy to help out! For more info on refund and exchange policy, click here.

The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 was a proposed law to remove hemp (defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC) from Schedule I controlled substances and making it an ordinary agricultural commodity. Its provisions were incorporated in the 2018 United States farm bill that became law on December 20, 2018.

CBD, CBG, CBN, CBC, CBL, Delta-8 THC, and all products on our website are derived from federally legal hemp. This means, they are federally legal, thanks to the Farm Bill of 2018.

Each state has their own laws relating to legality of hemp-derived products. It is your responsibility to know whether these products are safe in your respective state.

Hemp is defined legally as "Cannabis with less than 0.3% THC"

Basically, hemp is the same plant as the high-THC Cannabis that you find in medical or recreational dispensaries. The difference is that this hemp/cannabis contains high levels of other cannabinoids such as CBD, CBG, Delta-8 THC, CBC, CBN, or any other of the 100+ cannabinoids, but less than 0.3% Delta9-THC.

What is so amazing about hemp, is that it allows people the chance to change their perspective on what cannabis is.

Cannabis does not have to have high levels of THC to cause enjoyable feelings or be high-quality. There are many other cannabinoids that the plant produces that cause recreational effects and thanks to the farm bill, we now have the freedom to share all these new strains with you to try yourself!
