Our quality is always our top priority, and second to that is making these great products available to everyone we can at affordable prices.

Even with our reputation, spending money to try something new can feel intimidating. You don’t want to pay for something you don’t like and we don’t want you to either.

That’s why we offer you our WORRY-FREE GUARANTEE. If you buy something and don’t love it for any reason, send it back and we’ll give you a store gift card to try something else. Don’t worry, we guarantee you’ll be taken care of. 😁

Order Requirements:

  • Must be the first time you have ordered this product from the online store.
  • The returned product must be at least 1/2 full.
  • Order must be fewer than 14 days old from delivery.
  • Clearance items and bulk items do not apply

Once your submission has been accepted, we will assist you in shiping the item back to us.

Upon receiving your return, we will email you a gift card or offer you a replacement of equal value.

Refund Policy:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale or bulk items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    The fastest way to ensure you get the new item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you out an equal value item of your choice or credit you the cost difference.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Late or missing refunds

    Please be sure to monitor your bank account or card.

    If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
