Shipping policy
All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. We work Monday-Friday every week, with exceptions on some holidays. We will post any delays or exceptions on the announcement tab of our site! Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a USPS driver. Usually, shipping from USPS takes 2-5 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days.
We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or brown cardboard box.
If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by USPS from our warehouse the same day or next. Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.
Please have patience with us as we are a small business and doing the best we can to get everything packed properly and shipped out to you. Once we hand off your package to USPS we cannot control their shipping speed and if you have concerns about the package, you can contact USPS support for troubleshooting a package in transit.
Please note that USPS does not guarantee shipping speeds. If your order is time sensitive, express shipping can be faster, but the speeds are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are also non-refundable due to delays on the part of the carrier.

"I ordered the 7 g jar of the scout live resin diamonds after previously purchasing the strawberry dreams with great results so I decided to go all in and order the 7 g of the scout receive my order as promised on time never have any problems with shipping or delays jar to the aisle appeared Amber full of turps, saucy, and very aromatic to the nose my only complaint is it seem to burn different than the other strains. I have tried resulting in me going through my jar, a little faster, but other than that, the results were as expected and was very satisfied re-ordered the blue dreams waiting on it to be shipped out now. Should be here Friday will do a review on that as well. I say this is a five out of five for me great experience every time. My only complaint is I never receive anything free with my purchases as promised and I make large purchases over $100.
